In a fragile eco-system as Himalayan environment (Nepal), trying to develop a project of Sustainable Agriculture is a priority and a challenge. Might be Permaculture the response? Would be great to hear from the group…
Keeping in mind some crucial points: -after the 2015 earthquake, reconstruction is at a very slow pace so cheaper and sustainable alternatives can get lot of positive acceptance from local community. -Nepal just voted few months back for the first time as FEDERAL Republic, so lot of work for decentralization is taking place, might be permaculture a path toward sustainable development for remote villages and developing basic infrastructures?
