Nachdem ich mich mehr mit positivem Frieden besch\u00e4ftigt habe, bin ich \u00fcber eine Stelle in dem Werk von 1975 gestolpert, in dem er erkl\u00e4rt, dass die Abwesenheit von struktureller Gewalt schon Positiver Frieden bedeutet &#8211; verestehe ich das richtig?
