| Welcome to our community: How do you define PEACE? | Proactive, expanding, surprising and sustainable harmony & joy. Following the replacement of general distress with general eustress, society would take the form of voluntary, sustainable and rewarding endeavours with protected rights and plenty of joy by means of new and traditional forms of harmonious co-existence whereby peace and conflict studies is only required as a preventative measure. |

| Do you have any professional experience in the field of peace-research? peace-studies? peace-practice? | Developing Equality and Diversity in 99% ‘single’ heritage secondary schools with relatively low income cohorts using a 3 strand approach |
| Are you at all familiar with concepts of Nonviolence and Conflict Transformation? | Yes up to a point. I am a little familiar with ahisma, restorative justice, equality, diversity, post and neo-colonialism and conflict transformation as part of a rudimentary overview of Conflict studies (soon to include Peace studies if there is the difference I expect there to be). |
| What are your primary conceptual interests and concerns | To achieve a foundation of sound knowledge in Peace and Conflict studies with a view to further study and ideally work. Prior knowledge and experience includes social-psychological examination of stimulus equivalence as a transference, developing Equality and Diversity as a whole school framework and drawing parallels between the mercantile expansion of empire at the time of enlightenment and globalisation at the time of post-modern revisionism. |
